What payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Skrill.

Are billing and activation automatic?

Yes. Our billing client is linked with our FPC Systems. When payment is received your Fire Box will be activated instantly.

Is this a secure site for purchases?

Absolutely! We work with top payment companies which guarantee your security. We do not store card details and all personal information is encrypted over SSL. Keep an eye on the padlock.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account. Once the subscription is cancelled, you will not be charged next month. You will continue to have access to your account until your current subscription expires.

What's my Fire Box IP address?

Your box's IP was sent to you via email. You can also check the under 'My Services'.

Are you legally registered?

Of course we are. We are registered in England with the company number 11982311

I ordered my Fire Box... now what?

Check your email for the information and login details for your Box. We're happy you've chosen to take a step into the future of computing!

How long does a ticket response take?

We aim for under 30-45 minutes. In rare cases, it can take up to 24 hours. If you need urgent help, please use our Live Chat.

Can I use a custom OS?

Not quite yet! We're looking to implement this feature soon so make sure you have email notifications on!

Do you provide DDoS Protection?

Yes! We provide you with both free and powerful DDoS Protection & Mitigation; we go above and beyond to ensure your service remains online, even during those pesky attacks! If your service is ever affected by an attack, we have 24/7 networking experts to guide you along the way.

Do you have a refund policy?

You bet! In the very unlikely event you dislike our service, we offer you a full 48 hours to request a refund using our Refund Policy; located in our ToS.

I need disk space for all my files?

We've got you covered there! Add up to 24TB's of network storage (mountable as a disk) or a further 1TB of NVMe storage! Just look in the add-ons section of your service.

Can my business use this?

Absolutely! Fire Power is available commercially, just open up and support ticket and one of our team will be able to customise a plan to suit you and the business.

Can my friend login to my Fire Box?

Of course! We advise you to create new accounts for any other users of your Fire Box to prevent any unwanted breeches in your system!

Should I provide Fire Power Cloud staff with my password?

You should never provide your login to anyone. No one from Fire Power Cloud will ever ask for your login information. Our staff team is able to use their own login to access your services and accounts within the Fire Power Cloud LTD Network. Just ensure you don't remove any recovery files from the system!
